Whether you are a local or distance athlete, choose a plan that meets your accountability, encouragement, and feedback needs.

We offer multiple plans for the runner, swimmer, cyclist, or multisport athlete. Decide how much attention and feedback you feel will assure your success and get you to race day in personal best shape. If you have questions please contact us! 


LEVEL 2: $150/mo

  • Monthly training plan

  • Check-in with coach once per month to adjust schedule

  • Strength program available for $50/mo

  • Weekly training plan

  • Athlete-driven check-in with coach continuously to adjust schedule 

  • Includes strength training plan



P2 CREW: $350/mo

  • Weekly training plan

  • Access to P2 Endurance Lab cycling sessions ($200 value!)

  • Feedback on key workout power/pacing goals

  • Strength program available for $50/mo


MONDAY

Wednesday tends to be on the lower intensity side, but every workout adaptable by FTP.

SATURDAY

LONG RUN

$5 drop-in

Course is set up for 5-20 miles with aid stations and turns marked along the way. Rain or shine, we run through it all.
