Whether you are a local or distance athlete, choose a plan that meets your accountability, encouragement, and feedback needs.

We offer multiple plans for the runner, swimmer, cyclist, or multisport athlete. Decide how much attention and feedback you feel will assure your success and get you to race day in personal best shape. If you have questions please contact us! 


LEVEL 2: $100/mo

  • Monthly training plan

  • Track Tuesday including hills, drills, and skills (local only)

  • Saturday long run (local only)

  • Check-in with coach once per month to adjust schedule


SCHEDULE


LEVEL 1: $150/mo

  • Weekly training plan

  • Track Tuesday including hills, drills, and skills (local only)

  • Saturday long run (local only)

  • Check-in with coach continuously to adjust schedule 



P2 CREW: $250/mo

  • Weekly training plan

  • Access to Monday and Wednesday P2 Endurance Lab cycling sessions ($200 value!)

  • Track Tuesday including hills, drills, and skills (local only)

  • Saturday long run (local only)

  • Feedback on key workout power/pacing goals

  • Access to the Sunday swim session


MONDAY

Choose a KICKR or Computrainer and hold on for this high intensity workout.

TUESDAY

6:00PM RUNNING

$5 drop-in

Hills, tempo, and speed are the bread and butter of fast running. 

WEDNESDAY

Wednesday tends to be on the lower intensity side, but every workout adaptable by FTP.

SATURDAY

LONG RUN

Free

Course is set up for 5-20 miles with aid stations and turns marked along the way. Rain or shine, we run through it all.

SUNDAY

7:30AM SWIMMING

$20 drop-in

$150 for 10 sessions

$40 one-on-one 30 min session
