Many athletes are busy people with families, school, careers, and a host of other distractions that detract from training. When you have big goals to achieve, time management becomes a crucial skill. At P2, we take the work out of determining what to do next. You check your workout calendar from your phone at the gym, or on the road, and get straight down to work.

an introduction to endurance sports can be an intimidating experience!

Do you want to get involved, but don't know where to start? We can help. We've guided many people from learning to swim, to running their first 5k. For the vast majority of people, this is just the beginning, and they continue on to try things they never thought they would do. Some people just complete one triathlon to say they have done it with their friends or family, and that's a great accomplishment too. Do you really need a wetsuit? What's a dismount line?

Knowing when to take a day off...

Because athletes are so passionate about what they do, this can also be a distraction from making good choices when it comes to determining when recovery days are necessary. Only with proper rest and recovery will your body adapt to your training load and make you fitter and faster. Listen to your coach and take the day off! You work hard, you need it!

recognizing patterns that work...

Through our objective quantification of training stress, we can identify personal best performances and recommend training patterns that will produce the best result for you on race day. We can teach you to recognize these patterns yourself. We are teachers, just ask!
