The Limited Coaching Plan is great for the person who doesn't need much guidance and is motivated to work on their own. Our limited coaching option includes a monthly training plan with workouts emailed to you each day. The daily workout outlines the goal for the day and walks you through the workout, step by step. Periodization and tapering blocks are prescribed on an individual basis. Modifications to training plans are performed monthly in the Limited Coaching Plan. In-person coaching sessions are available for an additional fee.
