The Full Coaching Plan allows us to modulate your training on a daily basis. Work, family, and other life commitments often interrupt our best intentions, and we can guide you through these circumstances day by day. Our Full Coaching Plan includes a personalized monthly training plan with continual updates, unlimited feedback, and one coaching session via Skype or phone, per month. Additional sessions or in-person sessions are available for a fee. We prefer to stay connected with our athletes, so we are available daily through chat and email. If you are training for a long distance triathlon or any event over four hours, it is suggested you choose this option. The longer the goal and higher the performance expectations, the more that communication is essential in keeping an athlete at high performance and injury free.
